Weddings
When my sister asked me to make her wedding invitations for her wedding I felt honored.
Her theme was purple & blue and she wanted something with a little humour so I drew charactures of her, her now-husband and their daughter. One for the outside front (pre-wedding) and a second one (post-wedding) for the inside centre of the invites.
The writing is all embossed and decided to put the details on the flaps so as you open it up one by one, you can read the details.
I cut at least 50 pieces of A4 paper into these foldable envelope cards by hand as well as the little blue heart shaped pieces.
These invites don't have to be just for weddings of course, can be for anything.
My sister also asked me to make her wedding cake.
She wanted a two-tiered, heart-shaped cake in purple and blue.
She provided the cake topper.
