Birthdays
A friend of mine asked me to make her 30th Birthday invitations.
Some of her favourite colours are purple and blue so I already had some cut offs of purple paper left from my sister's wedding invites and I didn't think I would be able to use them because they were so small, but they were just the right size.
I decided to do something a little different than your average card invites and the photos will show what I came up with... instead of thinking outside of the box, I also thought of inside the box too!
I think these would be great to fill up for party favors too.

Kids Birthdays
For my daughter's first birthday party invites I made Princess Crown shaped cards. Her name was embossed in silver on the front.
I used glitter and jewels to make it sparkle like a crown should.
On the back the party details were embossed.
Don't have a photo but trying to find one.
I made a Princess Castle Pinata and for the favors sugarbread princess wands and crowns.
For my daughter's third birthday I made another princess castle pinata, mini sugarbread wand cookies and a sugarbread house cake!
I made the house with sugarbread instead of gingerbread.
The green icing is swiss meringue buttercream icing.
I even found some "edible reindeer grass" that I used for the grass.
For my son's 9th birthday we had a soccer themed party
I made embossed soccer ball invites, a soccer ball pinata and a soccer ball cake...
